About me
I'm a product designer with more than five years of developer experience behind me. I start from why people do what they do, and I design with a good sense of what it takes to build.
Lately I've designed very different products: streaming service integrations, a government content platform and a sustainability tools navigator. The challenge is similar every time: complex systems, many stakeholders, and people who just want things to be simple. AI is part of my daily workflow, and I like keeping developers, designers and PMs on the same page.

Start with the why
I spend time understanding why people do what they do, through research and interviews, before drawing anything.

Service blueprints and journey maps show where things actually break, which is often outside the screen.

I've built products in React, so I think about what a design takes to implement and talk to developers early.
